A snowy morning

After a week of warm weather - in the 40's and 50's we got snow... Woke up to a lovely blanket of about 3 inches. Got out around 9 with the snow blower. B cleared the driveway while I swept off the car. This is a view from the drive through the woods. In the back you can just about see the stream. 

Friday's Thoughts

It's hard to believe it's Friday. I told B it's a good thing we put our medicine in a week long box with each day labeled so I know what day it is!

It was snowing again today.... Very pretty and with no accumulation just the way snow should be! We got the final Christmas decoration down... the tree in the living room. Now I concentrate on organizing the den and our paperwork. Not a bad goal! I was working in the den today as well as vacuuming. Now I'm going back to reading. Not a bad goal either, to relax and read a book!

More snow... We got over 4 inches. B was up at 6 to snow blow the driveway. Snow was very heavy but the snowblower did the trick. Very icy on the road... one car tried to come up the hill but didn't make it. The snow plow came through around 8. We were back out around 10 to blow again.... I cleaned off the car. Would have been great for a snow ball fight - wet. It's still snowing a bit but the bulk of the snow is done.

Snow is starting to fall

It's been snowing for about an hour. Getting heavy now and starting to stick. They are calling for 1 to 3 inches.... and it looks like we will get it!
